  • I’ve had classes and 1-2-1 sessions with Rachel, which have both been a real pampering and a treat for my mind & body. The personal sessions are my favourite as I get time to focus on myself. They are full of giggles, releases, and interesting thing to learn. Rachel’s classes and one-to-ones are highly recommended. I’d like to see Rachel teaching more cool sassy women’s goodness and yoga!

    Anna 1-2-1 Sessions
  • I have a session about once a month and we focus on what I need and where I’m up to in terms of experience. Listening to Rachel’s voice helps me have a lovely peaceful yoga time knowing exactly what I need to do and what I need to focus my attention on, so it’s more enjoyable and more beneficial. Thanks Rachel!!

  • I've done yoga many times over the years with different teachers and Rachel is by far my favourite. She's kind, patient and calm which is what you want in a yoga teacher, but she's also funny and full of joy. The whole class loves being there and it creates such a positive environment. I love the fact there is no judgement and you can just be who you are.

  • My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our very first experience of yoga today. We were warmly welcomed by Rachel & introduced to the friendly group of regular ladies that made us feel very comfortable. Rachel is very knowledgeable. She explained moves in detail, walked within the class to help & encourage movement. She has both a calming & uplifting presence.

  • My first experience of doing yoga, but something I will definitely continue as my physical and mental health have improved massively. I was very apprehensive at first, but Rachel is an amazing teacher, very patient and always happy to adapt exercises based on ability, with clear instructions. Highly recommended

  • I thoroughly enjoy Rachel's yoga classes. She is able to personalise postures and movements for different mobilities. Personally I suffer from osteoarthritis and can only move slowly, using my wrists (a particularly weak area) as carefully as possible. Rachel always makes her yoga accessible for all abilities.

  • In the flow yoga with Rachel is brilliant. The venue is good and the class is friendly. Rachel is an excellent teacher, guiding us gently through all the different poses, but also offering greater challenges if we want to try stretching ourselves. Honestly the best yoga class I have attended, I always look forward to going

About Rachel

In The Flow was founded by Rachel Gosling; yoga teacher, lover of dance, movement and life. Rachel has always been a “mover” but found her vocation as she explored ways to manage and recover from her own physical and mental dis-ease. This difficult and life changing time was a turning point for Rachel where she reviewed her lifes purpose.

Determined to aid her own recovery and truly live her potential, she found that yoga was her sanctuary and eventually a place to discover amazing things about herself. From here the seed was sown. In sharing her enthusiasm for movement and flow, she discovered that others could also reap the benefits and loved her creative and therapeutic approach.

Continually growing and evolving, Rachel continues to develop and train with various teachers from across the world including Abby Hoffman, Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Angela Farmer, Judith Hanson Lasater, Sarah Swindlehurst, Liz Koch and many more.

As well as running classes and workshops, Rachel is also a co-director of Umbrella Yoga CIC, a not-for-profit organisation who specialise in working with people with additional needs, and is a teacher trainer on Yoga Hero’s 200 Hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training.
