A strong yet calming and slow yoga flow. Suitable for all bodies, ages and abilities.

Pregnancy Yoga

A class designed to support you through pregnancy as you body adapts and changes. Suitable for mums to be from 14 weeks of pregnancy until birth.

Slow Flow and Meditation

A slow and calming class that will help you into a state of meditation. Suitable for all bodies, ages and abilities.

Venues: Online via Zoom
Dates:  Thursdays 10.30-11.30am

Yoga Gently

A class designed to adapt around your needs. Suitable for beginners or those with additional needs.

Venue: Holmfirth Yoga and Pilates
Dates: Mondays 12:30pm-1:30pm

Yin Yoga 

A deeply relaxing class to help you unwind. Suitable for all bodies, ages and abilities.
