Restore and Relax

Be kind to yourself as you step away from the real world for an hour. Suitable for all bodies, ages and abilities.

Pregnancy Yoga

A class designed to support you through pregnancy as you body adapts and changes. Suitable for mums to be from 14 weeks of pregnancy until birth.

Slow Flow and Meditation

A slow and calming class that will help you into a state of meditation. Suitable for all bodies, ages and abilities.
