Join Rachel for this focussed yet calming class where you will be guided through yoga movement and technique, sequenced in a way to help you connect to your body, find strength and build resilience. It is a strong but slow paced class where you are guided to focus to your mind, creating a sense of clarity and calm.

You will be guided through:

• Asana (movement)
• Pranayama (breath)
• Keeping focussed attention
• Relaxation


Who’s it for?

This class is suitable for absolutely everybody! It is ideal for those that are new to yoga as they will be given clear, expert guidance. It is equally beneficial for those who want to hone their technique and move more slowly to provide a physical challenge. Options and variations to meet your requirements will be given.
