About Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is deeply supportive and nourishing. In this space you will be held and nurtured as you find much needed time to yourself. All postures, breath, sound and relaxation techniques will support the body as it changes through pregnancy and prepare mentally, emotionally and physically for labour.

Who’s it for?
Pregnancy Yoga is suitable for ladies from 14 weeks of pregnancy right up until giving birth.
