Join Rachel for this deeply relaxing class where you will be guided into positions to gently open the soft tissue and energetic channels of the body. In Yin Yoga there is much less movement and more focus on being present with stillness. Props are used for support in positions that gently unwind body and calm the mind. The whole session is a practice of meditation, but you will also be guided in a seated meditation practice as part of the class.
You will be guided through:
• Yin postures
• How to support the body with props (including blankets and pillows)
• How to stay present with sensation
• Understanding your body’s own signals and feedback systems.
• Meditation and Relaxation

This class is suitable for absolutely everyone! It is ideal for those who experience anxiety or need to unwind from a stressful week.
