About Vinyasa Flow

These Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are flowing and creative. Flow is about listening and moving with ease. You will learn to use the breath to support movement while seeking expression within the body. Find flow through dynamic, energy shifting as well as restoring movement, breath and sound.

This is a 6 week course and it is recommended that you sign up for the full term to reserve your space.

 

Who’s it for?

These Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are suitable for anyone with “some” experience of Yoga.
